When something doesn’t go our way, it can feel like the world is against us.
This workshop teaches DBT TIPP skills to de-escalate meltdowns, create more harmonious classrooms and reduce conflict.

Certain situations lead us to feel anxious, fearful or uncertain.
This workshop uses CBT skills to enable students to catch their mind’s anxious thoughts before they spiral.

Emotions creep up on us sometimes.
When we’re able to label our emotions, we can get them under control and work with them.
This workshop draws on Emotion Focused Therapy to help students better understand what their emotions are telling them.
