Every facilitator holds a valid Working with Children Check in their home state, passes reference checks and a multi-stage interview, and is supervised by a registered Toolbox Clinic psychologist alongside ongoing supervision from a team leader. Training continues throughout their time with us, not just at onboarding.

Facilitators are trained in a clear disclosure protocol. An incident report is completed and communicated to your school's wellbeing coordinator within 24 hours, so the right support can follow immediately.

Yes. Our programs team meets with you before the booking to flag anything we should know, and facilitators check in with staff on the day for any students who need particular attention.

We hold both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. A certificate of currency is available on request.

We don't collect student data beyond what's needed to run the session. The only exception is a disclosure: if a student raises a safety concern, an incident report is created and sent directly to your school's wellbeing coordinator for follow-up.

Every program is developed by a clinical psychologist and an educational specialist, in consultation with schools and teachers. Content is reviewed and refined on an ongoing basis to stay age-appropriate.

We can run sessions as short as 40 minutes or as long as 70. Longer than that, we'd recommend using the follow-up activities to extend the material rather than the live session. Under 40 minutes, there isn't enough time to deliver the workshop properly, so we'd suggest a different slot.

Minimum 10 students, maximum 30 per session.

Most sessions run with a team leader present who can step in directly. On the rare occasion we're short-staffed, we'll either combine two classes or reschedule, at no cost to you.

We send a formal quote once your workshops are selected, and delivery is confirmed once you've signed it.

A 20% deposit is due on booking, with the remaining 80% invoiced after the workshops take place, payable within 14 days.

Yes, we're happy to provide an ABN and invoice directly.

We understand timetables shift. Because a late cancellation makes it hard to fill that slot for another school, fees scale with notice: no fee more than 30 days out, 25% at 15 to 30 days, 50% at 7 to 14 days, 75% inside 7 days, and 100% on the day itself. If a change is on our end, a facilitator illness or a scheduling issue we're responsible for, there's no fee to you and we'll reschedule or bring in a team leader to cover the session.
